This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for payments made to Sohtak for subscription plans and services.
1. Eligibility
Refunds apply to subscription payments made directly to Sohtak for our software plans. They do not apply to third-party marketplace purchases, add-ons billed by external providers, or one-time professional services unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
2. Subscription Cancellations
- Monthly plans: You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial months after cancellation.
- Annual plans: You can cancel at any time. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days from the purchase date, unless required by applicable law. If you cancel within 30 days and have not materially used the paid features, you may request a full refund.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, email us at admin@sohtak.app with your account email, the reason for the request, and the date of the charge. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds for:
- Partially used billing periods after you have actively used the paid features.
- Downgrades from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan mid-cycle.
- Charges resulting from auto-renewal where you did not cancel before the renewal date.
- Account suspension or termination due to violations of our Terms of Service.
5. Billing Errors and Fraud
If you believe you were charged in error or due to unauthorized use of your payment method, contact us at admin@sohtak.app as soon as possible. We will investigate and, if appropriate, reverse the charge.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of Sohtak after an update means you accept the revised policy.
